Club Gloucester’s AGM was held at 10:30am on Sunday 28th September 2025 within the club lounge area.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and apologies for this meeting taken.
The board of Directors for 2025-2026 was announced as:

- Leonie WEST (Senior Vice President)
- Marie GERMON (Junior Vice President)
- Cheryl WEST
- Wayne GROVES
- Dallas HEARD
- Cheryl FARLEY
- Gail ELLIS
The following articles within Gloucester Soldiers’ Club Limited (Club Gloucester’s) Constitution were voted and agreed upon:
- Page 16 Temporary Members
- Section (ii) & (iii) – Delete need for Temporary Member to reside outside of the 20km radius
- Page 16-17 Provisional Members
- Delete 20km radius
The following article within Gloucester Soldiers’ Club Limited (Club Gloucester’s) Constitution was voted upon and was NOT adopted:
- Page 24 Management (Board of Directors)
- Change “The President shall be elected annually by the Board but shall not be entitled to serve as president for more than three (3) annual terms in succession.” To “The President shall be elected annually by the Board but shall not be entitled to serve as president for more than five (5) annual terms in succession.”
