The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

- Apologies
- Minutes of the last AGM
- Receive reports from the Board of Directors
- Receive and adopt the Director’s Report, Director’s Declaration, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement and notes on these reports
- Declare the result of the election of the Board of Directors for the ensuing year
- Attend to any other business that the meeting may approve of which due notice has not been given

If any financial member of the Club attending the meeting would like clarification on any matter relating to the Financial Statements, please give your question in writing to the secretary/manager no later than Thursday 15th October, so that your queries may be answered fully at the meeting.
